Chocolate Cake Recipe for Children intolerant (milk and eggs)

Chocolate cake is good for children intolerant to eggs and milk. It 's a proven recipe at a friend's birthday vegan .... children have literally over in seconds! E 'high, smooth and chocolaty, to make it more colorful (the mix without the use of eggs and baking soda makes the cake very dark color) we have smeared with the icing made of white chocolate just melted. Alternatively, fruit and chocolate flakes or small pieces of colored smarties will make a perfect cake for the birthday child!
Ingredients:
* take a plastic cup as a measure
1. 3 cups flour
2. 1 cup white sugar
3. 1 cup brown sugar
4. 6 tablespoons cocoa and
5. 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
6. 1 packet of yeast for sweet vanilla
7. 2 / 3 cup of Sunflower Oil
8. 2 tablespoons white vinegar
The most important thing for the success of this cake is to mix in two separate bowls first all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in another ALL . In the absence of eggs, the success of our cake is essential that the bicarbonate soda and vinegar make a chemical reaction (no Boom! - Promised :-)). In essence this is how our grandmothers sometimes made cakes in the absence of eggs. The only prerequisite is that you have to be a bit 'careful not to overdo Baking Soda with because it could, if the dose is too large, give a little taste 'bitter pie. But you only learn by practicing. So, mix all wet ingredients (oil with vinegar) and mix well all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder). Mix slowly with liquid substances dry until you create a smooth dough without lumps.
Put the dough into the pan, previously covered with greaseproof paper and bake at 180 ° C for c. 20-25min.
Bon appetit!
